LEAD TIME

READY STOCK
All our accessories are handmade by RiRi_Wearables. All ready stock items will be shippped out within 1-3 days from the order date (or fully paid). 

PRE-ORDER
If the items are marked as pre-order, the estimated production time is around 4-6 weeks depending on factors like total orders, specific material restocking, finishing touches, assembling and packing them up. 

SHIPPING POLICY

1. We only deliver to Malaysia nationwide and Singapore currently.

2. The estimated delivery time for West Malaysia is 1-3 working days from the day the parcel has been dispatched; 3-5 working days for East Malaysia, and 4-7 working days to Singapore.  

3. Complimentary shippping is available:
- West Malaysia for purchases above RM150
- East Malaysia above RM200
- Singapore above RM500 

4. Shippping rates will be calculated and displayed on the checkout page before you complete your order. 

5. Our preferred shippping providers are Pgeon for orders within Malaysia and Teleport for Singapore.

6. A unique tracking number will be sent to your email once the order is shipped. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. For hygienic purposes, we do not offer return and refund services unless item(s) received is genuinely faulty, or you've accidentally chosen a wrong-size piece, or you've received a completely different item than what you've ordered.

2. Please write to us within 7 days of receipt (with supporting images) should the item(s) received are found to be faulty, wrong-size or wrongly sent.

3. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you've received. It must also be in the same original packaging along with a proof of purchase. 

4. The customers will also need to be responsible for bearing the cost of postage of returned items. However, RiRi_Wearables will not be responsible if the returned shipment is lost during transit.

5. Once inspection is done, a refund will be made to the customer within 7 working days. 

6. Please note that both shippping cost and return shippping cost are non-refundable. The customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping and the cost of the initial shipping.

7. Cancellations - if for some reasons you change your mind about your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time and refund you in full before the parcel has been dispatched. 

8. Replacement - if the jewellery are showing a genuine sign of defect (discolouration, resin detaching from hooks or ring setting, stone or pearls falling, parts of jewellery breaks) within 10 days after goods has been delivered (even with proper care and love given to it), we will provide an exchange once inspection is done.
